Visiting Seattle and called to see if they did walk-ins. Not only did Shanky answer right away and make us feel so welcome, but when we came in he had drinks and snacks at the ready! We showed him what we wanted (simple, fine line) and they were diligent in making sure everything was perfect for design, size, and placement. By far the most welcoming place with top notch service. Would highly recommend - we looked at the other studio a few doors down but didn’t hear great reviews.
